摘要	目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者低频振荡幅度(ALFF)与认知功能的相关性。方法选取2022年6—12月在徐州市中心医院门诊就诊或住院治疗的老年COPD稳定期患者13例为病例组，选取同时期徐州市中心医院健康体检中心的健康志愿者16例为对照组。采用静息状态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)检查测量ALFF，采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能。采用Spearman秩相关分析探讨病例组左侧额下回ALFF与MoCA、MMSE各维度得分及其总分的相关性。结果病例组定向力、记忆力、回忆能力、语言能力维度得分和MMSE总分及空间与执行能力、注意、语言能力、抽象、延迟记忆维度得分和MoCA总分低于对照组(P<0.05)；病例组左侧额下回ALFF低于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示，病例组左侧额下回ALFF与定向力、记忆力、回忆能力、语言能力维度得分和MMSE总分及空间与执行能力、计算力、语言能力、抽象、延迟记忆维度得分和MoCA总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD稳定期患者认知功能下降、左侧额下回神经活动减少，同时左侧额下回ALFF与认知功能评分呈正相关。
其他摘要	Objective To investigate the correlation between amplitude of low frequency fluctuation(ALFF)and cognitive function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods A total of 13 elderly patients with COPD at stable stage who received outpatient treatment or were hospitalized in Xuzhou Central Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as case group,and 16 healthy volunteers in the Health Examination Center of Xuzhou Central Hospital during the same period were selected as control group.ALFF was measured by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI),and cognitive function was assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between left inferior frontal gyrus ALFF and each dimension score of MMSE and MoCA and their total score in case group.Results The score of directional force dimension,memory dimension,memory ability dimension and language proficiency dimension,MMSE total score,the score of visuospatial/executive function dimension,attentional dimension,language dimension,abstract dimension,delayed recall dimension,MoCA total score in case group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The left inferior frontal gyrus ALFF in case group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that left inferior frontal gyrus ALFF was positively correlated with the score of directional force dimension,memory dimension,memory ability dimension and language proficiency dimension,MMSE total score,hte score of visuospatial/executive function dimension,calculation dimension,language dimension,abstract dimension and delayed recall dimension,MoCA total score in case group(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with COPD at stable stage,the cognitive function declines and neural activity in the left inferior frontal gyrus decreases,and there is a positive correlation between left inferior frontal gyrus ALFF and cognitive function.
