摘要 | With the method of enrichment culture, four high surfactant producing marine strains were screened from Yueqing Bay, Wenzhou ( P. R. China), which were marked A, B, D0 and D1. After fermentation cultivation, three extraction methods, chloroform-methanol extraction, methyl tert-butyl ether extraction and ethyl acetate extraction, were used to extract marine biosurfactants. Oil spreading, surface tension and emulsification capacity were used to evaluate the extracting efficiency of these extraction methods. Results suggested the largest diameter of clear zone with 4.8 cm was from the biosurfactant extracted by ethyl acetate extraction. Critical micelle concentration ( CMC) of biosurfactant from A strain was found the min value in the extract from ethyl acetate extraction, CMC of biosurfactant from B and D0 was found the min value in the extract from methyl tert-butyl ether extraction, and CMC of biosurfactant from D1 was found the min value in the extract from chloroform-methanol extraction. Emulsification capacity of the products from methyl tert-butyl ether extraction and ethyl acetate extraction was better than that from chloroform-methanol extraction. |
