摘要 | With the method of enrichment culture, three high surfactant producing marine strains were screened from Yueqing Bay, Wenzhou ( P.R. China). The discharge of oil and other activities of the three strains were measured in this study. Results showed three surfactant producing strains of were selected with the study of physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA. They were Enterobacter asburiae, Serratia grimesii, Pseudomonas koreensis, respectively. They were high efficiency surfactant microorganisms and can be extracted by chloroform-methanol extraction process. By calculating, the two surfactants both have the strong ability to reduce the surface tension. Results showed the surface tension can be reduced from 68 mN/m, 72.75 mN/m to 39.9 mN/m, 39.3 mN/m, respectively. Both surfactants have better emulsifying ability and have good application prospects. |
