摘要 | 目的:观察肝缺血/再灌注损伤时血栓素B_2(Thromboxane B_2,TXB_2)、前列环素F1α(Prostaglandin F_1α,PGF_1α)、TXB_2/PGF_1α比值变化和人参多糖的干预作用。方法:30只家免,随机均分为对照组(C组)、缺血/再灌注组(IR组)和人参多糖组(GP组)。分别检测三组缺血前10min、缺血45min及再灌注45min后血浆中TXB_2、PGF_1α、ALT及TXB_2/PGF_1α比值的变化,电镜下观察肝细胞超微结构的改变。结果:IR组血浆TXB2各对应时间点浓度均较C组明显升高,PGF_1α含量再灌注45min时较缺血前显著下降,TXB2/PGF_1α比值明显增高,肝细胞超微结构显著异常。使用人参多糖注射液后,血浆TXB2浓度较IR组同期水平降低,PGF_1α再灌注45min显著高于IR组同期水平,TXB_2/PGF_1α显著低于IR组,尤以再灌注45min为著,肝细胞超微结构异常较IR组有所减轻。结论:人参多糖可通过调节TXB_2/PGF_1α之间的平衡,改善肝脏微循环,从而防治肝缺血/再灌注损伤。 |
其他摘要 | AIM:To explore the influence of Ginseng Polysauharides on balance between Thromboxance B_2 and Prostacyclin F_1α during hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury(HIRI) in rabbits.METHODS: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(Group C),ischemia/ reperfusion group(Group IR) and Ginseng Polysauharides group(Group GP).Thromboxance B_2(TXB_2),ProstacyclinF1α(PGF_1α),TXB_2/PGF_1α and ALT of the three groups were measured in 10 minutes before ischemia,ischemia of 45 minutes and reperfusion after 45 minutes respectively,and the hepatocellular morphological changes were observed during HIRI in the electronic microscope.RESULTS: In Group IR,the content of TXB_2 in the plasma was obviously higher than that in Group C in the corresponding time point;the content of PGF1α declined notably 45 minutes after reperfusion compared with 10 minutes before ischimia,TXB_2/PGF_1α increased significantly,the ultrastructure of hepatic cell was obviously abnormal.In Group GP,the content of TXB_2 declined a little and the PGF_1α increased compared with those in Group IR during reperfusion 45 minutes.TXB_2/PGF_1α were significantly higher than the ratio of Group IR,especially 45 minutes after reperfusion.The abnormal morphological changes of liver cells was ameliorated remarkably too during HIRI.CONCLUSION: Ginseng Polysauharides can regulate imbalance between TXB_2 and PGF_1α,and improve hepatic microcirculation,thus can prevent the hepatocell from the injury caused by hepatic ischemia reperfusion. |
