摘要	目的:比较儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)亚型间脑低频振荡振幅(ALFF)差异以及静息态ALFF与行为学的相关性。方法:使用磁共振扫描仪对78例儿童进行脑功能磁共振静息状态扫描,其中ADHD患者43例(ADHD-I组15例,ADHD-C组28例),正常对照组35例。采用ALFF评估静息态脑功能,Conners儿童行为问卷评估行为现状。结果:ADHD-I组在左额下回、右楔前叶等脑区ALFF值低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADHD-C组的左额中回、右楔前叶、右边缘叶扣带回等脑区ALFF值低于正常对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADHD-C组在右枕叶楔状叶、双侧颞叶、左侧扣带回等多个脑区ALFF值低于ADHD-I组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。额颞叶、小脑的一些脑区的静息态ALFF值与患者的多动指数有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多个脑区的静息态ALFF值在不同亚型间存在显著差异。
其他摘要	Objective:To study the different activities of amplitude of low frequency lfuctuation (ALFF) among attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) subtypes and the correlation between ALFF and be-haviors. Methods:Seventy-eight participants were checked up by resting state functional magnetic resonance scanner, including 43 ADHD patients (15 of ADHD-I and 28 of ADHD-C) and 35 non-ADHD controls. The amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) approach was used to analyse the brain function in resting state, and Conners children’s behavior scale was used to assess the behavior actuality. Results:Compared with the normal controls, ADHD-I showed decreased ALFF in left inferior frontal gyrus, right precuneus, and etc;ADHD-C showed decreased ALFF in left middle frontal gyrus, right precuneus, bilateral limbic lobe cingulate gyrus, and etc;and compared with ADHD-I, ADHD-C showed decreased ALFF in right cuneus, bilateral tem-poral lobe, limbic lobe cingulate gyrus, and etc. There were many brain regions of frontal/temporal lobe and cerebellum were correlated with Conners Index of Hyperactivity. All of the differences were statistically sig-niifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Amplitude of low frequency lfuctuation (ALFF) values of many brain regions were different among ADHD subtypes in rs-fMRI, and most of which were correlated with Conners Index of Hyperactivity.
