摘要 | The neurotomy is complicated and hard to master, and surgical operation is relatively more difficult, as it requires high on fineness and minimal invasion. Besides, there are not many means for teaching and training of anatomy and operation. The clinical and teaching application of virtual reality technology (VR) has been reported, while the reports on application of augmented reality technology (AR) to application of neurosurgical teaching are seldom. The research attempts to study a surgical operation navigation simulation system in the virtual environment. The critical technologies such as image segmentation, image registration and fusion, three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual cutting, and so on for the virtual surgical navigation simulation system are analyzed. The research on the surgical operation navigation simulation system will be of important significance for precise stereotactic surgery, optimization of operation program, improvement on operational quality and training, etc. © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group. |
