摘要	目的探讨客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)在急重症护士分层级培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2019年1月于温州市某三甲医院急重症科培训的300名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150名。对照组采用传统培训考核方式,观察组采用基于OSCE理念的护理实践培训考核模式。比较两组护士的综合临床实践能力考核得分、培训满意度。结果观察组护士临床实践能力总分高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各层级护士临床实践能力总分均高于对照组各层级,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的护理培训各维度满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSCE模式可以提高急重症护士的临床实践能力,有利于提升急重症护士的培训满意度。
其他摘要	Objective:To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in hierarchical training of nurses in emergency and critical care medicine.Methods:By the convenient sampling, a total of 300 nurses who received training in emergency and critical care medicine in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Wenzhou were selected as research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 150 nurses in each group . The control group adopted the traditional training assessment method, while the observation group adopted the nursing practice training assessment model based on the OSCE concept. The scores of comprehensive clinical practice ability assessment and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total score of clinical practice ability of nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total scores of clinical practice ability of nurses at all levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The dimensions rates of nursing training satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:OSCE model can improve the clinical practice ability of nurses in emergency and critical care medicine, which is conducive to improving the training satisfaction of nurses in emergency and critical care medicine.
