摘要 | It has been brought to our attention that the result statment controdicts Fig. 4E. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the section of “2.4. SchB suppresses inflammation and oxidative stress in diabetic mice”, we stated that “Consistent with the above data, we found that kidney tissue of diabetic mice had downregulated Nrf2 expression, and SchB prevented this downregulation”. However, we shown the nucleus translocation of Nrf2 in Fig. 4E. The figure has been corrected, and shown below:[Figure presented] Fig. 4. SchB obviously inhibits inflammation and oxidative stress in DN. An Immunoblotting assay was performed to probe IkBa and VCAM-1. B Detect the transcription level of TNF-a and VCAM-1 using real-time qPCR as described in methods. C Immunohistochemistry assay was set up to determine the expression of TNF-a in tissue. D Oxidative stress was evaluated by using DHE staining (red). E Determine the expression level of Nrf2 by immunoblotting assay. The images were quantified and plotted accordingly. The images were captured (200 × magnification). #p < 0.05, ###p < 0.001, T1DM vs control (Ctrl); *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, T1DM + SchB vs T1DM. |
