摘要Objective: To investigate how the FLAG chemotherapy regimen and psychologically focused intervention affect the effectiveness of leukemia patients and their weariness and anxiety. Methods: The 100 patients diagnosed with leukemia between July 2020 and July 2022 and treated at our hospital were randomly assigned to either a control group (50 cases) or an observation group (50 cases) us ing a random number table. Chemotherapy with fludarabine, cytarabine, and recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (FLAG) with standard care was administered to the control group; the observation group received FLAG plus psychologically focused care. Both groups received uninterrupted treatment for a full four weeks. Score on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Score on the Revised Piper Fatigue SelfRating Scale, Score on the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 (EORTC QLQC30), and Overall Remission Rate (ORR); The frequency of side effects was compared between the two groups. Results: ORR in the observation group was 58.00%, which is considerably higher than in the control group (42.00%; P<0.05). SAS and PFS-R scores were considerably lower in the observation group than in the control group after therapy (P<0.05), and both were significantly lower after treatment in both groups overall. The EORTC QLQ-C30 score for both groups was considerably higher after treatment compared to pretreatment levels, however the score for the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The observation group exhibited significantly higher rates of alanine aminotransferase (16.0%), stomatitis (20.00%), and fever (32.00%) compared to the control group (42.00%, 68.00%, 68.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: A high clinical reference value FLAG chemotherapy regimen can increase the efficacy of leukemia patients, reduce anxiety and fatigue, improve patients' quality of life, lower the risk of adverse reactions, and improve efficacy when combined with psychological targeted intervention.
