摘要 | Objective Glioblastoma is the most common malignant tumor in the central nervous system. We previously demonstrated that pro-neural transcription factors mouse sox11 (msox11) could catalyze human NGN2 (hNGN2) highly efficient reprogramming glioblastoma cell into neuron cell. However, the underlying mechanism is largely remains unknown and the clinical application is limited. |
