摘要 | Hepatitis C virus infections caused by different subtypes have different treatments, so rapid and cost-effective genotyping methods for hepatitis C virus diagnosis are greatly needed. We designed a new method to diagnosis the hepatitis C virus subtypes, which depends on one-step RT-qPCR and TaqMan fluorescence probe technique. |
