摘要	目的:探讨并阐明缺O2高CO2对小脑组织的损伤,及姜黄素对其的保护作用,为缺O2高CO2造成脑损伤的治疗及医学实验提供依据. 方法:成年SD大鼠15只随机分为3组:对照组、实验组及姜黄素组.实验组及姜黄素组于常压低O2高CO2舱内建立低O2高CO2大鼠脑模型.用HE染色、免疫组化及电镜观察缺O2高CO2情况下大鼠小脑细胞水肿程度差异;实时荧光PCR检测AQP4 mRNA在实验组和对照组中的表达差异. 结果:实验组大鼠小脑细胞水肿程度明显,AQP4基因的表达相对较高;姜黄素组大鼠小脑细胞水肿程度较轻,AQP4基因的表达明显减少. 结论:在缺O2高CO2的环境中大鼠小脑组织出现水肿,和AQP4基因表达有关,姜黄素对该情况有保护作用.
其他摘要	Objective:To explore expression of AQP4 and edema following hypoxia-High carbon dioxide cerebellum in rats and the effets of curcumin.For the treatment of brain injury and to provide the basis for medical experiment.Methods:15 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:the control group,the experimental group and curcumin group.The experimental group and curcumin group on atmospheric Hypoxia-High carbon dioxide built of Hypoxia-High carbon dioxide rat brain model.Using HE staining,immunohistochemical and electron microscopic observation of the Hypoxia-High carbon dioxide of rat cerebellar cells edema degree difference;Real time fluorescence PCR detection of AQP4mRNAin the experimental group and the control group differences in expression.Results:The experimental group rat cerebellar cells edema significantly,AQP4 gene expression is relatively high; curcumin group rat cerebellar cells edema to a lesser extent,the expression of AQP4 gene was significantly reduced.Conclusion:In the absence of Hypoxia-High carbon dioxide environment in rat cerebellar tissue edema,and may be related with AQP4 gene expression,and the protective effect of curcumin.
