摘要	目的:观察复方角菜酸酯乳膏(太宁)联合维生素B 6片治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征的疗效。方法:选择2015年12月至2017年12月在永康市第一人民医院确诊的中、晚期结直肠癌患者97例为研究对象，术后采用卡培他滨为主的化疗方案治疗后出现手足综合征，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(48例)与对照组(49例)。对照组：患者手足综合征出现后予以加用维生素B 6片治疗，30 mg，每天3次；治疗组：在对照组基础上联合复方角菜酸酯乳膏(1 g)外用涂抹于手足等，每天3次。两组疗程均为14 d。观察两组患者接受治疗前、后手足综合征改善情况、总有效率，治疗过程中(治疗后第1、5、9天)疼痛评分，不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后，治疗组、对照组手足综合征均有改善，差异均有统计学意义(治疗组： Z＝6.477， P＝0.000；对照组： Z＝4.700， P＝0.000)；治疗组总有效率为87.5%(42/48)，明显高于对照组的65.3%(32/49)(χ 2＝6.603， P＝0.010)；两组治疗后第1天疼痛评分差异无统计学意义[治疗组：(2.88±1.82)分，对照组：(3.14±1.74)分， t＝0.741， P＝0.461]，在治疗后第5、9天疼痛评分差异均有统计学意义[治疗组：(2.29±1.52)分、(1.23±1.80)分，对照组：(2.94±1.38)分、(2.14±1.90分)， t＝2.200、2.430， P＝0.030、0.017]；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义( P0.05)。结论:复方角菜酸酯乳膏联合维生素B 6片治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征有明显疗效，能较好地改善手足综合征，减轻患者疼痛，帮助肿瘤患者顺利完成化疗。
其他摘要	Objective:To observe the curative effect of compound carraghenates cream(Titanoreine) combined with vitamin B 6 in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine(Xeloda). Methods:From December 2015 to December 2017, 97 cases of middle and advanced colorectal cancer in the First People's Hospital of Yongkang were selected.All patients were treated by chemotherapy regimens of capecitabine as priority after operation, but later hand-foot syndrome appeared and they were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group (49 cases) according to the digital table.In control group, only vitamin B 6 30 mg was taken orally, three times daily; while in treatment group, vitamin B 6(30 mg) combined with compound carraghenate cream (1g) were taken orally, three times daily after hand-foot syndrome occurred.The improvement, total efficiency, pain score during the treatment process (the first, fifth, ninth day after treatment), adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results:After treatment, the hand-foot syndrome in the treatment group and the control group was improved, the difference was statistically significant (treatment group: Z=6.477, P=0.000; control group: Z=4.700, P=0.000). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%(42/48), which was significantly higher than 65.3%(32/49) of the control group (χ 2=6.603, P=0.010). The pain score on the ist day after treatment had no statistically significant differences between the two group[treatment group: (2.88±1.82)points, control group: (3.14±1.74)points, t=0.741, P=0.461] The pain scores on 5th and 9th day after treatment in the treatment group were (2.29±1.52)points, (1.23±1.80)points, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group [(2.94±1.38)points, (2.14±1.90)points]( t=2.200, 2.430, P=0.030, 0.017). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general conditions and the incidence of adverse reactions after drugs uses(all P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound carraghenate cream combined with vitamin B 6 has significant effect in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine, which can improve hand-foot syndrome better and help tumor patients to finish the chemotherapy successfully.
