摘要	<正>Objective:This study aimed to investigate the epidemiological and molecular characteristics of XDR K.pneumoniae isolated from BSIs patients.Method:35 XDR K.pneumonia were subjected to antimicrobial susceptibility tests,resistant determinants detection,conjugation experiment,PFGE and Southern blot.
