摘要	This retrospective study assessed the efficacy of infliximab therapy in 14 patients with dermatomyositis with acute interstitial pneumonia. Ten patients starting treatment at an early stage of the disease achieved satisfactory relief, while four patients treated at a late stage failed to respond to the treatment and died.
